Office space

Working with a system - this is our principle of organization for office spaces. The design is by no means neglected. Because it is best to work effectively in a calm, inspiring atmosphere that lives from a clear structure with homely elements. Intelligent workplace solutions ensure a tidy office that offers enough space for creativity. The selection of colors, shapes and materials plays a decisive role and determines the feel-good factor of a room - an appreciation for your employees!

CREATING A CONNECTION - this is how we defined our goal when we were commissioned to redesign this office with an attached warehouse. A connection that should bring the employees outside and inside together as a unit. We have created an energetic connection with a water wall leading through the floors, a visual connection with a continuous color concept and a spatial connection with stylistic means.

Büro am Zollkanal

Office on the customs canal

The Speicherstadt requires a sure instinct for the special merchant house architecture, the charm of which should definitely be implemented in the premises. Even with a small budget, we have succeeded in doing this, as we think. An old lead glazing could be saved and skillfully put the vintage look in the limelight. Make way for a young, modern company that needs space and space for development and growth!

What a task: to create an oasis of well-being out of a windowless storage room. In doing so, observe the principles of the creative and meet all requirements and wishes within the framework of a tight budget. We think it was a success! A mock-up room as a planning tool created anticipation and the result convinced employees and customers alike - and us.

Industrial loft floor

Industrie Loft Etage

Loft, industrial charm, lots of space - that sounds like the best prerequisites for turning it into a functional and communicative office floor. Nevertheless, supposedly ideal spatial conditions also hold challenges in store:

How do you create a pleasant working atmosphere with optimal conditions for concentrated work in an open-plan office? How does the division into rest, work and meeting areas succeed? How do you create connection and demarcation at the same time? With such planning, the devil often lies in the details. Although we love this devil, because he has once again challenged all of our creativity in developing design solutions with a high level of functionality.
